 Mark, Mel, and all staff and volunteers,
Just echoing what so many others have already shared…Thank you so much for all that you did to make my newbie triathlon experience such a blessing.  It was a BEAUTIFUL day in so many ways and I’m thankful I could participate (and finish) in this event, in my hometown, on the shores of Lake Erie!

The race was well organized and what a great venue!  Swimming in the harbor was great, biking on the shoreway was amazing and the run in the park was nice too!  Guitar solo national anthem behind the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was very fitting for the and race venue and theme and just cool.  All workers and volunteers were nice, educated on the course and very informative. Shuttle service worked great and left on a timely basis.   Aid stations were plenty which is good.  COVID-10 safety and protocols were great.  Spectators along almost the entire run cheering us all on was awesome.

You guys did an amazing job organizing the event. Especially for being the inaugural year, it seemed like it ran really smoothly. The production was very professional and the volunteers along the course were outstanding. I made sure to thank as many of them as I could because they were such a big help along the way and were so positive!
