Youth aged 13-19 can race Triathlon,  Duathlon, and Aquabike races. 

Due to the length and demands of the Olympic distance races for Triathlon and Aquabike, Tri CLE race leadership wants to ensure the youth participant is comfortable with the distance and understands the challenges it brings. Email us BEFORE registering your youth.

There is a registration and processing fee for each registration. 

Tri CLE is a USA Triathlon Sanctioned event. If the participant doesn't have a USA Triathlon membership, a one-day membership must be purchased during the registration process.

 When registering for Tri CLE, use the exact information that is listed for your USA Triathlon Membership 

(For example: if you go by Bob, but your USAT membership has Robert - use the name, Robert).

USA Triathlon one-day membership and annual membership are separate costs from registration. Tri CLE is sanctioned by USA Triathlon for the safety of our participants. 

 Tri CLE has a NO REFUND and NO TRANSFER to another person or race year policy.

However, Tri CLE Rock Roll Run will offer 75% of your race entry fee credit toward the 2026 future Tri CLE events.

(The 2026 credit cannot be rolled over to a future year. It must be used for the 2026 race)

If a participant opted for Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program (race insurance) during registration, click this link to request a refund.

Registration includes: Tri CLE race t-shirt, chipped timing, post-race snacks, post-race results, Tri CLE finishers medal,  free downloadable race photos, and a finish line party!

Tri CLE will offer online registration until 11:59 pm on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

There will be no on-site registration on Saturday, August 9, 2025, nor on race day, Sunday, August 10, 2025.

 To change your sub-event, visit the Transfer Page by 11:59 PM on Monday, August 4, 2025, to complete your transfer. Participants may be charged a difference in the race cost (if applicable) and a $2.11 Processing Fee. 

After this date, participants can transfer to another sub-event and will be charged the difference of the race (if applicable), a $10 Transfer Fee for this change, and a $2.11 Processing Fee.   

Participants have until 5:30 PM on Friday, August 8, to make this change.
