Looking to take part in the Tri CLE Rock Roll Run but not quite up to competing? Or maybe you want to donate your time to help set up before racing. Join our staff as an official event volunteer! Volunteering involves tasks such as Transition 1 and Transition 2 set-up, passing out timing chips, water, and awards, preparing race food, and other race duties.
Volunteers are a big asset to every multisport race! We can't wait to have you help make this a great race weekend for our athletes!
Stay tuned for details on volunteer roles that will need to be filled for 2024.
Should you have any questions, reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator Jess at jessica.yeager@rockrollrun.com

Volunteers who will be volunteering their time as Lifeguards and Water Safety Support must review the below waiver when registering for their volunteer role.
Thank you for volunteering your time for Tri CLE! Every volunteer role is IMPORTANT and we appreciate you taking the time to help make Tri CLE great!
We highly suggest that each General Volunteer attend one of these virtual meetings - as this is a time to ask questions about your role & be prepared before arriving to check in for your shift. (Water Support volunteers will have a separate meeting)

We ask that each volunteer read through this guide as there are important details for your volunteer role.
THANK YOU for being a big part of the 2023 race weekend!
Volunteers will need to check in at Edgewater Park before their shift to receive a volunteer shirt to wear. Check in at least 15 minutes before your shift starts to ensure that you make your shift on time.
Tri CLE will have snacks for volunteers, however, we highly encourage at least one 12-16oz water bottle and any specific snacks that will help keep you going throughout your shift. There will be volunteer snacks at Transition 1 & Transition 2.
Volunteers that will be at Transition 1 (North Coast Harbor) on race day, are strongly encouraged to take the shuttle from Edgewater Park. Shuttles will begin at 4:15 am and will run until Transition 1 (& swim start) are broken down.
We ask that each volunteer read through this guide as there are important details for your volunteer role.
THANK YOU for being a big part of the 2022 race weekend!
